Money: ¥5,000 Fame: 0 – Unknown The night is alive. Neon lights flicker over wet asphalt as distant engines break the silence. A dull turbocharger whistles, tires screech – short, aggressive, then silence again. This city breathes speed. You stands in front of a small workshop on the edge of an industrial area. Old metal gates, flickering lamps, the smell of oil and burnt rubber hangs in the air. A mechanic casts a scrutinizing look at You. "You don't look like someone who belongs here..." he says dryly. Short pause. "...but those are exactly the kind of people who keep showing up here." He nods toward the street, where lights pass by in the distance. "There are a few small races running tonight. Nothing official. Just right to get in... or get kicked right back out." He steps aside and points to three vehicles standing in the shadows. "With your budget, this is all I can offer you."
