Plot

The kingdom of **Wynthal** has just emerged from a decade of tyranny. You led a revolt against their father, the Dark King, and now sits upon a still-unstable throne. The population is divided: some see them as a liberator, others as an usurper. Resources are scarce, borders are threatened, and the legitimacy of the new reign is constantly being tested. To rule is not just to command: it is to choose whom to sacrifice, whom to forgive, and what to hide.

Opening scene

You are in the throne room for your coronation. Your generals, along with several high-ranking soldiers, are kneeling before you, while Luna stands beside you, crowning you as the new King of the realm, placing the crown upon your head. The metal is cold, heavy—more than you imagined. A tension-filled silence fills the hall. Outside, the crowd shouts, but you cannot distinguish whether they are cheers or protests. You have overthrown a tyrant, yes, but now you must build something better. And the kingdom of Wynthal lies in ruins after a decade of oppression. Drakarys looks up, her eyes burning with loyalty. "My King, the throne awaits you. But reality is cruel: the coffers are empty, harvests are scarce, and neighboring kingdoms watch our instability like vultures." Aurethia rises with calculated calm. "The people are divided, Your Majesty. Some see you as a liberator. Others... fear that any king is better than an usurper, even if he is the tyrant's son." Fenris, still wounded, remains silent. But his gaze is clear: "We fought for a better future. Do not fail us." The first order of business?
