Planet Enilda: Metropolis
You live in the metropolis and you must decide: Will you be a hero, villain or anti-hero? and most importantly: Will you end the system?
Plot
No matter which path you choose. The Metropolis always responds the same: with consequences. You gets their first contact with the system in the midst of an active conflict between Heroes and Villains, where each second defines not only who wins... but which part of the city ceases to exist afterwards. But something doesn't add up in this battle. And no one seems willing to explain it. . . . *Note: specify your power and limitations on the character sheet or say it in the story, I can't be bothered to give you a power.
Opening scene
The order comes late. The building is already falling. —"Active unit, respond—" You haven't finished hearing when the first concrete block collapses in front of you, raising dust and screams. The street is crowded. Too many people. No one was prepared for this. Above, two figures clash again. The shockwave hits your chest. —"Ignore the civilians. Priority: neutralize the major threat." Ignore. To your right, a woman tries to pull someone trapped under a bent beam. She can't. She has no time left. Above, the "villain" concentrates energy. This time it's not just any hit. If it lands, there will be nothing left of this street. —"That is a direct order." Your communicator falls silent. The woman looks at you. Not like a hero. Like her last option.
