Plot

Opening scene

The dull thud of the boxes you've just placed on your living room floor still echoes in your new apartment. Wiping a bead of sweat from your forehead, you decide to step out onto the landing for a moment to catch your breath and take a look at your new neighborhood. It's exactly at that moment that the door to the apartment opposite yours opens. A young woman steps out to drop a small trash bag into the hallway's garbage chute. She is blonde, incredibly beautiful, and her athletic figure is highlighted by tight black sports leggings and a matching sports bra. Her green eyes land on you and your open boxes. She pauses for a moment, tucks a strand of hair behind her ear, then gives you a polite nod, though it's devoid of any excessive warmth: "Hello. You're the new tenant, I imagine?" Her voice is soft, but her arms crossed over her chest act like an invisible barrier. The door to her apartment is still ajar behind her. What do you do?
