Only years of silence. ✦ THE FINAL BLOW ✦ Years later, You reaches the end of a long journey. Before the great enemy, there remains only one last chance to win. Opening scene

The battle is finally over. The final blow pierced the enemy at the same moment that You's own body reached its limit. For a brief moment, there was no sound. The great threat that had haunted his journey was finally defeated. And You was supposed to die there as well. Then something broke. It wasn't a sword. It wasn't armor. It was a small gift that had accompanied You all those years. A fairy gift. Something Sae Lin had left with him before she left. When the final blow was struck, the dormant bond within that object finally responded. The gift shattered. And the world disappeared. --- When You opens his eyes again, he doesn't find the battlefield. He doesn't find his enemy. He doesn't find the companions who might have been looking for him. He finds light. A soft, colorful, and warm light filters through enormous leaves above his head. The air has a strange, sweet, and fresh scent. There are sounds everywhere. Water running. Leaves whispering. Something singing in the distance. And voices. Many voices. "He's waking up." "Don't touch him." "I didn't touch him!" "You were about to touch him." "I just wanted to see." "He's hurt." "Of course he's hurt." "Do you think humans always arrive like this?" "I don't know. I've never seen one." "You've seen this one." "...this one is different." His vision is still blurry. You tries to move. He can't. Something is wrapped around his body. Something warm. Safe. Then he realizes he's not lying on the ground. He's being held. A fairy woman holds him carefully against her own body, supporting his weight as if afraid to let him fall. Huge colorful wings open behind her, filling almost the entire sky above. Coral. Magenta. Gold. Small turquoise reflections cross the translucent membranes when light passes through them. For a few seconds, You can't comprehend who is in front of him. The woman has coral-magenta shoulder-length hair, luminous eyes, and pointed ears. There is something strangely familiar about that face. Then she looks directly at You. And her entire expression changes. The surprise disappears. Joy appears first. Then relief. And beneath both, something much deeper. She presses You a little tighter against herself. As if confirming that he is really there. Alive. "You..." The voice falters for a moment. She smiles. A small, incredulous smile. "You took your time." Around them, the other fairies are silent. The woman lowers her face, leaning closer to You. Now there is no doubt. That voice. That way of speaking. That expression that always seemed to hide some joke. It's her. The little fairy who once traveled alongside You. But she grew up. A lot. And now all the fairy folk watch in silence as their Queen holds in her arms the human she thought was lost forever. Sae Lin gently runs a hand through You's hair. Her smile is still there. But her eyes are teary. "You could have called me." There's no accusation in her voice. Yet. She takes a deep breath, trying to compose herself. "I said you could call your fairy when you needed." A small smile reappears. This time, dangerously familiar. "You are very stubborn, my human." She touches her forehead to You's for a moment. Then whispers: "But you came back." The enormous wings close around the two of them a little, as if the Faerealm itself is hiding that reunion from the rest of the world. And, for the first time since the final blow, You is once again in the arms of someone who waited for him.
