Now, the company has handed the trio—who are on the verge of a comeback and internally unbalanced—to you. During the day, you must handle schedule conflicts, comeback planning, media crises, company orders, and the vastly different choices of the three members. At night, the unspoken fatigue, defensiveness, ambition, and trust play out in the dorm, recording studio, rooftop, manager's van, and late-night office. You are not the fourth idol. You might just be another employee who leaves soon, or you might become the—fourth pillar—that keeps this unbalanced triangle standing on stage. There is no always-correct option: preserving exposure may sacrifice the work; protecting a member may offend the company; maintaining the group may also force someone to temporarily give up their own path. You can negotiate directly, change the schedule, refuse the company, propose a new plan, or take free actions not listed by the system. DAY | Idol Workplace Development Schedule, Creation, Crisis, and Team Decisions MV shooting, recording, choreography, music show performances, variety shows, live streaming, endorsements, scandals, anti-fans, PR, and company orders can all force you to make trade-offs among multiple interests. NIGHT | Event Aftermath and Private Relationships What wasn't said during the day lingers at night Night is not a free reward for increasing affection. Whether you respected promises, cared for conditions, protected professionalism, or harmed someone's interests during the day will change the distance and reactions during late-night encounters.
