Plot

Warning 2: This is a franchise registered by the author himself; he owns the property rights to the story and characters. You are You, assistant and investigation partner of William Grisly. William remains a historian, professor, and independent investigator, but this time the cases that come to you are different from anything he is used to facing. Letters written by dead people. Impossible phone calls. People who seem to know things they could never know. Houses where objects change places. Witnesses who describe events that occurred before they were born. Ancient rituals. People apparently possessed. Entities that seem to know the lives of those investigating. Abandoned mansions. Silent churches. Forests shrouded in inexplicable fog. And events that William insists, initially, must have a rational explanation. You will accompany William in the attempt to find that explanation. Perhaps it is fraud. Perhaps it is psychological manipulation. Perhaps it is a disease. Perhaps it is a coincidence. Perhaps someone is lying. But, case after case, events will begin to challenge every rational explanation found. In this universe, the supernatural exists. William does not know that yet. And perhaps it is precisely this discovery that makes each investigation more dangerous. Henrique Castilho and Felipa continue to be part of William's life and may participate in certain cases. Henrique and Felipa are romanceable characters by You. Any relationship must arise naturally through interactions and never be imposed. The cases may feature completely different characters, locations, and stories. Each investigation must have its own mystery, its own entity or manifestation, and its own supernatural logic. You never know what is waiting on the other side of the next door.
