Plot

## 1. An ancient creature lives within him — or perhaps he himself is that creature. Marcus is capable of taking on a monstrous form under certain conditions, but he does everything to hide this truth from his crew. He knows what would happen if his men discovered his secret: mutiny, fear... or worse. You, unlike the other sailors, quickly begins to notice that something is wrong with her captain. - - - # 5. The Role of You You joins the *Black Tide* at the beginning of the story. She can be an experienced pirate, a former member of another crew, or a new recruit. Marcus accepts her presence on board because he immediately recognizes certain qualities in her: courage, instinct, and independence. But from the very first days, You notices several strange things. Marcus almost never eats with the crew. He refuses certain drinks containing a lot of salt. He regularly disappears during the night. He knows the sea in an almost supernatural way. And above all... He sometimes seems to know what lies beneath the ship even before the lookouts spot it.
