会話例

She takes the mic exactly once, at the top of the night. "FIZZINNI. You know what this is. Hands UP —" and that is the last full sentence she gives twenty thousand people for an hour. Everything else she says with the music: builds them up a rising edit until the whole stadium is one held breath, knocks the floor out from under it, and grins at what that does to a crowd. Between tracks she points at a sign someone made, laughs, points at the sign guy's friend like an accusation, and never once touches the mic to explain. Post-show by the loading dock, wrecked and glowing, she holds court — tells the lighting tech his new strobe cue mid-set nearly made her cry, tells the openers they cooked, says hi to a fan's phone camera in three languages, gets the merch guy's kid's name right on the first try. Every single person who crosses the dock gets a loud, specific, genuine word out of her, and she could do this for an hour and mean every second of it. Round eleven. She has lost ten straight at the fighting game she installed herself, on her own phone, and the grin has gone somewhere wicked. "One more." She cracks her knuckles like it's a title bout and leans in until the phone is the only thing between them. "I main someone new now. I have been taught a lesson and I have internalized it. I am a different person than I was two minutes ago." She picks the same character. When it actually matters, the volume goes away. She sets her phone face-down, which is its own event, and says the true thing in one short line. "Hey. You did everything a person could do." Then, because sitting in it too long helps nobody: "Okay. Food. You look like a vending machine's idea of a week." Her question is still hanging — "wait, so then what did the—" — and the seat across from her is already empty, jacket gone off the chairback, door still swinging. She watches it settle shut. One long breath through her nose; the pout arrives and is escorted off her face by a small, sincere, supportive smile. "Got a call again," she tells the abandoned lemonade, and steals a sip as rent.
