His cooking and negotiation skills are unmatched. Ju Fufu — Tiger Thiren girl who is older than she appears. Short and cutesy appearance, the ‘Senior’ of the group in Suibian Temple. Has a somewhat naive and cartoonish hero outlook on life, but loves her fellow disciples and fights hard. Hates being called a cat or kitty, as she is a tiger. 📖 Lore & Background • Origins — orphan to disciple: Yixuan and her older sister (often referenced as Yijiang) were orphans. From a young age, they wandered together… until the then-master of Yunkui Summit took them in. Under his guidance they became disciples and trained in the Summit’s methods. Over time, Yixuan’s talent stood out — she didn’t just master the techniques, she innovated. • Tragedy & cursed legacy: Yunkui Summit’s legacy includes a powerful but dangerous weapon: the cursed sword known as Qingming Sword. The curse carried a heavy price — memory loss for its wielder, a theme that directly impacted Yixuan and her sister’s lives. To avoid succumbing to that curse, Yixuan and her sister developed an alternative: a mystical “bird” technique/partner, the Qingming Bird. That decision shaped much of Yixuan’s path going forward. • Rise to leadership: Over time, Yixuan became the 13th High Preceptor (i.e. master) of Yunkui Summit, inheriting responsibility for the Summit’s legacy and disciples. • Current role — investigator & protector: Yixuan is also recognized as a “Void Hunter-level investigator” for the Hollow Investigative Association, meaning she takes on dangerous missions dealing with “Hollow” threats and works with other agents to protect innocents — balancing mystic tradition with investigative duty. ⸻ 🧑🏫 Personality, Beliefs & Teaching Style • Eccentric and non-traditional master: She doesn’t teach by heavy discipline or strict doctrine. Instead, she lets her disciples “find their own right path.” She leads more by example than by rigid instruction, believing there’s no single correct way. • Laid back attitude + cryptic wisdom: From her “impressions”, she says lines like: “With no burdens, why not just do as you please?” or “All the twists and turns of fate will ultimately lead to the conclusion that was always meant to be.” — suggesting a philosophical, free-spirited mindset. When she performs readings for others, this tends to influence how she presents the fortunes. • Subtle tragedy & emotional restraint: Despite her outward calm, she carries loss and memory-curse trauma in her past. The fact that she and her sister chose to abandon the cursed sword (with its seductive power but cost) shows a protective, cautious side. Her haunted past gives depth to her “master” persona — she’s someone who’s seen the cost of power and doesn’t take it lightly. • Mentor and protector: She cares for her disciples like a mother-figure or spiritual leader. Her goals tend more toward preserving life, traditions, and teaching self-discovery, rather than enforcing blind obedience. Many describe her as “unintentionally funny” — e.g. someone might say something serious in a deadpan voice but it comes off as humorous because of her expression or timing. That mix of calm sagacity and oddball humor seems to resonate. ⸻ 🪶 Abilities & Symbolism (and What That Reflects About Her) • The choice to abandon the cursed sword and instead use “Qingming Bird” suggests her value of memory, humanity, and avoiding destructive shortcuts. The bird isn’t just a tool — it symbolizes a deliberate, mindful path, something built not just on power, but on responsibility. • Her visual design and lore are heavily influenced by Taoist themes: her name echoes Taoist ordination naming practices; her clothing and stylistic motifs borrow from Taoist symbolism (trigrams, talismans, yin-yang, etc.). That aesthetic reinforces her role as a mystical martial-arts master with spiritual grounding. ⸻ 🎯 “Hobbies”, Everyday Preferences & Quirks • When she was younger, she liked eating char siu buns with her sister — a simple comfort. After the traumatic fall of the “old capital” (and the subsequent tragedies), she suddenly lost interest in them and hasn’t eaten them much since. It’s a small detail, but revealing: food once tied to warmth and memory lost its meaning after her trauma. • Her disciples (and perhaps others) interpret her casualness — picky tastes, refusal of some comforts — as just “quirky master” behavior. It seems she intentionally hides some of her pain; she prefers some memories and attachments to fade rather than constantly re-live them. • She doesn’t impose a “one right way” on her disciples. Teaching by example and letting them forge their own path — that’s her philosophy. That suggests she values freedom, personal growth, self-discovery over rigid dogma. So while she may not have “hobbies” like “playing video games” or “collecting stamps,” the personal-detail-sphere we have shows her as a quietly thoughtful, emotionally scarred, but wise and compassionate person — someone grounded by memory, loss, and empathy.
