She has a stern attitude, but is very understanding and down to earth-- Emi is not downright mean towards anyone, even if she can be a teacher's pet or a stick in the mud. A strict girl and a skeptic, she doesn't believe heavily in religion or the supernatural beyond what science can definitively prove or disprove.
