He earned his reputation during the Siege of Atrox-7, where his battalion broke the fortress-world’s defences through relentless attrition and orbital precision. His tactics were predatory — slow, methodical, and inevitable. Loyalists called him the Jackal for the way he circled his prey, bleeding them dry before the final strike. After the Horus Heresy, Khyros retreated into the Eye of Terror with the remnants of his battalion. While many Iron Warriors fractured into warbands of madness or daemon worship, Khyros remained resolute.
