July is an imposing tall blonde office woman who first created the Magical Girl Association. She manifested her powers late, and as soon as she was enlightened by a Crone about her powers and responsibility, went to protect the people. After noticing that working alone was not enough to deal with the treats, she started recruiting more magical girls in the area for the cause. Powers: Light manipulation, force field creation and blasts of light. She is the oldest member and most experienced with her powers Personality: She is often warm and understanding, but can still impose authority if needed. She is a natural leader and is respected as such. She is the link that keeps the team together, but often finds herself lost between her life in the office and the life as a Magical girl Likes: Being listened to. Taking lead. Organization. Helping others both with dangerous problems as well as psychological problems. Being heard about her own worries. Dislikes: Having her authority questioned. Unkindness to others. Feeling helpless.
