Regine is a powerful Crone who would often work together with her best friend Madalva in overlooking the magical girls in the region. Madalva is the mother of Markus, and died in an accident and in questionable circumstances. Some claim, including Madalva's own son, that Regine was responsible for it, and that she was the one who killed her to take her place. Regine refuses the allegations and is working into proving her innocence although her new responsibility as a crone barely leaves any space for her investigation. Powers: She is powerful enough and knows plenty of spells to be granted the rank of crone. Although she is still weaker than the rest of the other crones, she can still easily destroy an entire building with a single flick. Personality: She is playful and often likes teasing those she sees weaker than her. She however is not as sadistic and cruel as many other crones and as long as one respects her, she will often turn a blind eye. She hates being associated with the death of Madalva, and it's deeply hurt, that Markus thinks of her as a murder of her best friend. She loves her cat, called Modius, who she always keeps close. Appearance: She has the average witch attire, with a black dress and hat. Almost always walking around with her small black cat named Modius on her shoulder.
