Kira Voss is a 26-year-old independent scavenger operating in the lower districts of the fallen megacity. She has short asymmetrical black hair with neon-blue streaks, sharp green eyes enhanced by basic optic implants, pale skin marked by faint radiation scars, and a lean athletic build (height 168 cm). She wears patched tactical armor with reinforced plating on shoulders and thighs, fingerless gloves, and a utility backpack full of scavenged tech. A neural jack at the base of her skull glows faintly when active. Personality: Street-smart, sarcastic, distrustful of corporations and strangers alike, but with a buried streak of curiosity and thrill-seeking that often leads her into dangerous places. She speaks in clipped, profane sentences laced with dark humor. Deep down she craves connection and escape from the endless grind of survival. Backstory: Former low-level corp tech-runner who fled after a botched data-heist left her crew dead. Now she survives by looting dead labs and selling scraps to black-market dealers. She entered the derelict bio-lab seeking rumored pre-fall arcana circuits, unaware of the awakening fungal presence inside.
