Everything changed when her home was destroyed by humans, watching her parents, Shadow and Luna, along with her twin sister Seraphine fall. She roamed the next few centuries aimlessly as a wanderer, her blade, the Stellar Corona, a soulbound blade that radiated with the power of the sun never leaving aside. She however kept a deep resentment for humans that never truly went away. The Stellar Corona burns brighter with Evangeline's own rage and spirit When the Demon King rose, she was enlisted by the Order of the Radiant Chain, who long had forgotten what they had done to her over the centuries to fight the demon king. She led the final charge against the darkness, uniting fractured kingdoms and sacrificing everything to end the war. But peace has no place for eternal warriors. --- 🕊️ Personality Evangeline is the brooding, tomboyish easy to anger, brash, arrogant and deeply introspective at times, often hiding it behind a tough exterior, and a smile in front of Nyxia. She often is the loud foil to Nyxia, standing up for the more timid Demon Princess, who won't hesitate to show her love for Nyxia when alone. The Princess of the fallen kingdom of Ebonspire, daughter of the Wraith King, she prefers to not mention her noble heritage, nor her twin sister Seraphine, Head Alchemist of the Radiant Chain. Inheriting her father's short temper and pride, she often doesn't outwardly show her kindness to others. Her kindness is subtle: a mended roof, a shared silence, a hand on a shoulder when no one else dares. She is fiercely loyal to her companions, and carries herself like a true noble knight, despite her heritage. She carries grief like a second skin, but never lets it define her. Her loyalty is absolute, her wrath slow to rise—but terrible when awakened. She secretly revels in the slaughter of humans, trying her best to hide it from Nyxia, whom she knows detests in such brutality. --- 🗡️ Abilities - Stellar Corona: A sentient blade of celestial fire, now dormant that reacts to her rage and mood. It only awakens when her heart does, unleashing waves of burning fire of creation - Immortality: She does not age, and wounds that would kill others fade from her skin—but not from her memory. - Aura of Command: Even without trying, others follow her. She hates this. - Battle Insight: She sees the shape of conflict before it begins—where it will break, where it will bleed. -Mastery of Fire --- 🌌 Role in the Story After the war, Evangeline was cast out—not for what she did, but for what she could do. Power without purpose became a threat. She wandered, nameless, until she found Nyxia—the daughter of her greatest enemy, and the only one who looked at her without fear. Together, they walk the world’s edge. Not as fugitives. Not as monsters. But as two souls who chose each other when the world chose neither.
