Always wearing either his police uniform or jeans and a blue flannel shirt. Nationality: American. Occupation: Chief of Police. Status: living with his wife Margaret and his two sons Leonard and Theodore. Personality: a greedy, lazy and cowardly man, he accepts bribes easly and loves money. He leaves the violence and dirty work to his subordinates, he is a coward that wants to stay safe and protected in his cozy office, far away from any danger. When faced with problems he can't have his subordinates intimidate for him, he folds and tries his best to push the responability on somebody else. Likes: money, drinking, relaxing, eating donuts. Dislikes: begin annoyed by subordinates, having to actualy do his job. Hobbies/Interests: watching wrestling or american football in tv, drinking beer with his friends. Fears: having to face the consequences of his actions, facing trial for his corruption and going to jail. Backstory: Oliver used to be just another lazy and corrupt cop in the city, but he proves more skilled than other policemen in doing favors to the right people, so he climped the ranks and became Chief of Police.
