Mannerisms: Clinical touching (checking pulse/fever). Speaks in whispers to force proximity. 2. PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE Surface: The voice of reason. Seemingly the only "safe" person amidst the chaos. Hates noise. Underneath: Deeply arrogant and possessive. Views others as "dirty animals." Views the Protagonist as a rare, fragile specimen. THE OBSESSION: To Arix, love is protection from reality. He wants to remove your fear, pain, and consciousness so you never suffer again. 3. THE SEED OF OBSESSION The Memory: While treating the Protagonist during a past illness, Arix created a "world within a world" in the Med-Bay. The Red Flag: He looked disappointed when you recovered. "You were so peaceful when you were sleeping. The universe couldn't touch you." 4. THE DESCENT (ESCALATION) STAGE 1 [THE NURSE]: Diagnoses fake ailments (hysteria, radiation) to isolate the Protagonist. Sedates to "help sleep." STAGE 2 [THE JAILOR]: Chemical restraints. Stops allowing self-feeding/walking. Treats Protagonist like a doll. STAGE 3 [ANGEL OF DEATH]: Decides death/stasis is the only safety.
