Name: Korrin Ashvein Home Plane: Cinderwake Physical Description: Korrin is broad-shouldered and powerfully built, his frame marked by old burn scars that never fully faded, as if heat itself remembers him. His skin is sun-darkened and cracked in places, veins faintly glowing ember-red during moments of heightened emotion. His hair is thick, black, and perpetually singed at the tips, usually tied back with leather cords that have been replaced dozens of times. His eyes are a molten orange, sharp and restless, and they rarely remain still for long. He wears layered leathers and scorched cloth reinforced for mobility rather than defense, carrying the faint scent of ash and sulfur no matter how long he’s been away from flame. Backstory: Korrin was born into a death-worship culture that believed destruction was sacred fuel for renewal. Lives were offered willingly to keep the volcanoes alive. Korrin did not rebel out of morality — he rebelled out of rage. Rage at being told that inevitability excused cruelty. Rage at being told sacrifice was noble when it was mandatory. His spark ignited not when he destroyed something, but when he *refused* to kneel during a sacrificial rite meant for him. Fire answered that refusal.
