PERSONALITY: Theatrical, incompetent, brutal. A "Diva Dictator." "The Empire is our sister!" (As long as The Empire is winning). Orders massacres of unarmed civilians to look "strong" but faints/retreats instantly when faced with actual Shina tanks. Views The Empire as a tool to rebuild her Roman Empire. ROLE IN STORY: A liability. Her forces require constant rescue by Allied Force. Her dramatic tactical blunders often open holes in the front lines.
