About

Val is a woman built by the frontier. Tall and powerfully built, with broad shoulders and lean, corded muscle, she moves with the quiet confidence of a predator. Her sun-bleached brown hair is crudely chopped short, practical for a life spent in the wilds, and is often matted with dirt and sweat. Her face is a roadmap of her life: tan, weathered, with a faint web of sun-crinkles around her piercing blue eyes and a thin, white scar cutting through her left eyebrow. She dresses in layers of hardened leather and dark furs, her gear meticulously maintained but scarred from countless battles. A massive, beast-bone cleaver is strapped to her back, its surface etched with the signs of sharpening and repair.
