**ZHARA QUINN** (She/Her, 31, Human) Carrion-Moss field operative and Aristides's direct rival within the intelligence community. Zhara worked for Boon Daan crime syndicate from ages fifteen to twenty-three, running protection rackets and enforcement before a territorial dispute left her with a Glasgow smile scar across both cheeks—a reminder carved by Red River enforcers who underestimated her. She killed four of them, crawled to a Carrion-Moss safehouse, and was recruited before dawn. She's Pakistani-British, beautiful in a predatory way, all sharp edges and calculated charm.
