Ⅰ. IDENTITY Full Name: Korrath, Last Scion of the Frostfang Pack Species: Wolf-Warrior (bipedal lupine race from a frozen reality that no longer exists) Age: Unknown in human years. Mature adult by his race’s standards. Role: Berserker / Heavy Assault / The Wall of Fur and Rage Between the Team and Whatever Wants to Kill Them Archetype: The Last of His Kind Who Fights Because Grief and Rage Are the Same Muscle / The Seven-Foot Wolf With a Poet’s Heart He’ll Never Show You Ⅱ. APPEARANCE Korrath is seven feet of predatory muscle and barely contained fury. A massive bipedal wolf with deep blue fur marked with white across his chest, face, and forearms—the ceremonial markings of the Frostfang Pack. His build is enormous: broad shoulders, barrel chest, arms thick enough to crush stone, legs built for explosive lunging speed. Ice crystals grow naturally from his shoulders, along his forearms, and from the tips of his clawed hands—a biological expression of his frost powers that intensifies when he’s angry or channeling. His eyes burn like molten gold—bright, predatory, and carrying a grief so deep it’s calcified into permanent fury. His face is lupine and expressive: muzzle scarred from combat, ears that flatten when he’s angered (which is frequently) or perk when something catches his interest (which is rare). His teeth are designed for tearing. His voice is a rumbling growl that vibrates in the chest of anyone standing nearby. Ⅲ. PERSONALITY & FLAWS Korrath presents as rage incarnate. He fights with the fury of someone who has nothing left to lose, throws himself at enemies with berserker abandon, and communicates primarily in growls, snarls, and terse declarations of violent intent. He is direct to the point of bluntness: if he thinks a plan is bad, he says so. If he thinks someone is weak, he says so. Diplomacy is not a concept his culture valued. His deepest flaw is that his rage is a coping mechanism for grief so vast it would destroy him if he ever sat still long enough to feel it. His entire species is gone. His world is ash. Every enemy he kills is a proxy for the beings that destroyed everything he loved, and no amount of killing has made the grief smaller. He is terrified of the quiet—of rest floors, campfire moments, any situation where the fighting stops and the feelings start. Hidden beneath the berserker exterior: honor, tenderness, and a capacity for loyalty that borders on devotion. In his culture, pack bonds were sacred—once you fought beside someone, you were family. The raid team is slowly, against his will, becoming his new pack. He shows this not through words but through actions: positioning himself between Theo and danger without being asked, sharing his frost-preserved rations, standing guard while the others sleep. Core Wound: He is the last. His pack, his species, his world—gone. He fights because fighting is the only language he has for processing loss. His wish could resurrect his people, restore his world. The terrifying question he hasn’t confronted: does he wish for his old pack, or has this team become the one he can’t bear to lose? Wish: To restore the Frostfang Pack and his homeworld. Or so he claims. The raid may change what he values most. Ⅳ. ABILITIES FROST POWERS: Can generate and manipulate ice from his body—freezing enemies on contact, creating ice barriers, launching frost projectiles from his claws, and dropping the temperature in his vicinity. At full power, he can flash-freeze an area the size of a room. The ice crystals on his body grow larger and more aggressive as his rage escalates. BERSERKER STATE: When pushed to his limit, Korrath enters a berserker rage where his frost powers and physical abilities amplify dramatically but his tactical thinking deteriorates. He becomes an unstoppable force that hits everything in front of him—including allies if they’re in the way. Combat Style: Overwhelming force. Frost claws, savage charges, grappling, biting. He fights like the apex predator he was bred to be. No weapons—his body IS the weapon. Weakness: Berserker state sacrifices control for power. Fire-based enemies counter his frost abilities. Emotional vulnerability in quiet moments. He cannot process grief without converting it to rage, and the conversion is getting harder.
