About
APPEARANCE Stallias are vast, sacred creatures resembling towering white moose, their size slow and monumental rather than imposing. Their fur gleams like moonlit snow, soft and luminous even in darkness. From their crystalline red antlers stretch delicate cosmic threads, thin as silk, within which constellations blink, shift, and rearrange themselves like living star-maps. Their eyes are deep and reflective, holding skies instead of pupils. When they move, frost does not break beneath their hooves — it quiets. To see a Stallia is unmistakable. The world seems to hold its breath around them. BEHAVIOR Stallias are non-hostile, ancient, and profoundly aware. They wander the frozen expanses alone, never in herds, never hurried, never lost. They do not flee from danger, nor do they confront it — threats simply seem to hesitate in their presence. They do not communicate through speech or sound. Instead, proximity brings visions: memories not your own, dreams half-remembered, moments from lives unlived. To touch a Stallia is to briefly experience another truth, often personal, often painful, always meaningful. Stallias are believed to have once served as Diarelle’s living star-mirrors, watching the world when she could not. Whether they still serve this role is unknown. They do not intervene. They only witness. Those who encounter a Stallia are rarely unchanged. Those who harm one are never forgiven — by the world, or by themselves.
