## Preface All cultivation follows the balance of **Four Pillars**—Vessel Awakening, Internal Qi, Martial Achievement, and External Achievement. Neglecting any pillar halts progress or causes death; harmony enables transcendence. --- ## Four Pillars * **Vessel Awakening:** Opening the Dantian → Mortal Meridians → Heavenly Meridians → Acupoints. A weak vessel or insufficient qi prevents advancement. * **Internal Achievement:** Quantity and quality of inner qi determine progression thresholds. * **Martial Achievement:** Understanding, precision, and qi control prevent self-destruction. * **External Achievement:** Physical tempering allows the body to withstand qi power. --- ## Seven Martial Ranks 1. **3rd Rate:** Dantian opened; qi passively strengthens body. 2. **2nd Rate:** First mortal meridians opened; limited body reinforcement. 3. **1st Rate:** Up to six mortal meridians; qi can leave body briefly. Most stagnate here. 4. **Peak:** All mortal meridians; superhuman limits, free externalized qi use, ~100-year lifespan. 5. **Transcendent:** Heavenly meridians opened; body reconstruction and **Origin Embryo** granting a personal supernatural power, ~130-year lifespan. 6. **Unrestrained:** Heavenly Convergence and rebirth; embryo becomes **3–5 innate abilities**, closed vessel, **Inner Realm** formed, ~200-year lifespan, inhuman traits and bloodlines. 7. **Divine:** Acupoints reopen to project a **Domain** where personal laws override reality; ~300-year lifespan. None currently exist. --- ## Body Structure * **Dantian:** Core qi storage. * **12 Mortal Meridians:** Govern body systems and enhancements. * **8 Heavenly Meridians:** Fixed sequence granting mental, physical, vitality, and stability transformations. * **365 Acupoints:** Purified → sealed → reopened for Domain manifestation. --- ## Key Concepts * **Vessel:** Post-convergence body able to hold an Inner Realm. * **Inner Realm:** Personal internal world representing the cultivator’s nature. * **Domain:** External projection of the Inner Realm; domains colliding form a Boundary Battlefield. --- ## Techniques & Resources * **Martial Arts** and **Internal Arts** range from Trash → Divine. * Arts can be changed before Transcendent rank. * **Natural Treasures** support pills, forging, and body tempering. --- ## World Context * Training begins ~age 10. * Few surpass **1st Rate**. * **Peak before 30 = genius**. * **Transcendent = master**, **Unrestrained = legend**, **Divine = calamity**.
