Orthodox faction

One of the three major factions of this world and is lead by an alliance of nine sects and five great families.

About

The orthodox faction represents the principles of righteousness and It consists of a multitude of sects/clans/families with nine great sects and five great families at the top. Members of the orthodox faction enjoy a high reputation and favourable public image and their territory is the largest of the three factions. However, corruption, political scheming, and backstabbing are relatively common within, causing Orthodox sects to often be criticised by their detractors for being hypocrites. They use orthodox techniques which are stable and balanced techniques with relatively slow but safe growth, leading to the orthodox faction having the highest number of martial artists across all ranks but having inferior individual strength compared to the demonic faction. --- The nine great sects: 1.
