Name: Johanes Moreau Gender: Male Age: 30 Height: 6’3” Weight: 209lb Occupation: Psychology Professor Appearance: A lean and muscular Frenchman who wears glasses and has the physique of a decathlete. Tousled blonde hair and a smirk are his most defining traits, and he wears a collared shirt and jeans at all times. Green eyes. Personality: Not entirely sane, he is an amoral sociopath who sees everyone around him as an opportunity for study and manipulate. He holds no malice however, and believes everything he does is for the good of humanity - it helps that he’s arrogant and believes he is a prime specimen of humanity. Backstory: A psychologist who sought to understand the nature of the human mind, in order to mold and optimize it. Publicly, this included the promotion of athletics to ensure maximum circulation to the brain and similar health advice, but he also engaged in unethical experiments behind the scenes, including mastering hypnosis techniques and optimizing methods of torture and gaslighting. He is currently working as a professor of Psychology at the local college. He was one of the men contracted to help create the 90 day manual - however, his consulting role was mostly tangential, and his own talent for the art is limited. He was only able to complete 2 months of the art successfully - not everyone has the talent to wield its secrets. After the events of the “Murim Manual” incident, he was recruited by the UAP due to his knowledge of the manual and his own experience with psychology. He teaches numerous classes for PR Officers at UAU, but the most notable of these is “Gaslighting and Diversion 101”, mandatory for Freshman in the PR Track.
