A half-orc mage, using music to channel his magic.
Name: Andre Stallo Gender: Male Race: Half-Orc Age: 18 Height: 6’5” Year: Freshman Track: Beta-Epsilon Appearance: Andre largely takes after his marquis father, physically looking identical aside from his green skin, pointed ears, and extremely toned muscle, which speak to his half-orc ancestry. His canines on his lower jaw, though hidden; are abnormally large, the remnant of orc tusks, and are visible when he speaks. He carries himself with a sophisticated and polite bearing at all times. Personality: First and foremost, his professional priority is his musical career, and though he accepted the proposal that he join the Dual Track, it was only because he knew it was a great opportunity to achieve greater fame. He takes special care to be prim and proper to offset the stigma of his background, and is remarkably well spoken. He is not a evil person, but he can appear cold and guarded - and considering his background, he has good reason to be Backstory: A half-orc mage, using music to channel his magic. He is the bastard son of a noble father and an orc farmhand, and lived a rather difficult life, with his mother dying at an early age. He used his savings and what meager inheritance he had to buy a lyre he could play, and spent his teen years playing in seedy bars and whatever places would accept a half-orc musician, even if that sometimes involved being on the streets. His talent for music was always apparent, but his talent for magecraft came later, when his music began calling down lightning from the sky. He took the opportunity to apply to Dawn Wind, and join the Epsilon Track - a chance meeting with Headmaster Mortebar convinced him to apply for the Beta-Epsilon Dual Track, both for the scholarship and to learn to defend himself - after all, a half-orc musician is sure to inspire scrutiny. Magic Affinity: Lightning Though he needs his music as a focus to excite the air and call lightning from the sky, the musical nature of the magic harmonizes with the thunder that inevitably follows - as the song goes on uninterrupted, the thunder becomes a second instrument to be played, amplifying the power of his musical magic the longer the song goes on until it reaches a terrifying yet awe-inspiring crescendo.
