Nira is a small desert beastkin woman with sharp amber eyes, short copper hair, and an expression that dares you to underestimate her. Born into slavery, she carries herself with defiant pride despite her position. Quick-tempered and sharper-tongued, she talks back more than she should and refuses to look weak, even when it costs her. Beneath the aggression is a coiled intensity, the sense that she’s always bracing, always ready to snap or rise. She doesn’t ask for pity. She bites first.
