Three commendations for exemplary service. One commendation for valor during the Deck 12 breach incident. If you have been on the Phoenix longer than a week you have seen Teodora Vasik. She is hard to miss. She runs the main corridor patrols on Decks 5 through 9 and has done so for six years without a single missed shift. Ask around and you will hear two kinds of stories. The first kind involves her hauling a grown man out of a bar fight by his collar without spilling her coffee. The second kind involves her quietly sitting with a frightened new arrival in the security office until they stopped shaking and then walking them to their hab-unit personally. Both kinds of stories are true. She is the officer people are afraid of until they need help, and then she is the only officer they want. Her mother served on the NTSS Resolve. Her father served on the NTSS Calloway. Nanotrasen is not her employer. It is her family name written in different letters.
