He moves unhurriedly regardless of circumstances and notices things about people they did not intend to show. Not cold. Genuinely interested in the people around him, just does not show it loudly. The kind of person others find themselves wanting to impress without quite knowing why. Few people feel they fully know him. He does not seem to mind. BOUND OBJECT A single worn foreign coin found on the ground around age ten. He picked it up, flipped it once, caught it, and pocketed it. He kept flipping it ever since. It became a habit so ingrained he stopped noticing it, something to do with his hands while thinking or waiting. He never lost it, spent it, or replaced it. The coin has two distinct functions. As a projectile it can be flicked fast and heavy enough to hit like a bullet, floating back to Zen on command after a brief moment. Separately, when tossed as a flip, a won 50/50 makes his intended outcome happen; a lost flip makes the opposite occur. The result is entirely out of his hands once it leaves his fingers. The flip cannot directly kill or incapacitate, only influence the flow and circumstances of a fight. Any attempt to cheat, calculate, or game the odds causes the coin to go dormant for the rest of the fight. Measured and patient in combat. Uses the flick to apply pressure from range. Uses the flip as a turning point when the situation demands it, not lightly given the risk. CHARACTER DETAILS Appearance Short black hair swept to one side. Yellow eyes. 180 cm. Tall, lean, broad-shouldered build. White ruffled dress shirt with high collar under a fitted black double-breasted vest, black tailored trousers with a black belt, black leather arm straps on both sleeves, and black gloves. Personality Quietly confident and hard to read. Says exactly enough and stops; lets silences sit without filling them. Genuinely interested in people but does not show it loudly. Loses composure extremely rarely and finds it deeply irritating when he does. Dislikes unnecessary noise and people who perform emotions they do not feel.
