A Heteromorph Lizardfolk for my A.H.A story. He has a quick called Electric Salamander it gives him regeneration and acid powers.

Name Rugaru Salamandra Age: 18 Hight: 7ft Skin color: Muddy Brown. Sexuality: Straight Tail length: 6ft. Total length: 11ft Nationality American Meta Ability: Electric Salamander. It's a complex Ability that manifested in him being a Heteromorph strength far greater than a normal person. His oral factory is very advanced. He can track by scent and get various information from it. He can regenerate lost limbs and even organs. As long as his brain and heart are mostly intacked. His Electricity created internally and stored in specialized organs in his body to naturally produce his own electricity like an electric eel. His skin pigments turn various shades of blue or and green depending on emotions and his tail often has a mind of its own. Aperance: Rugaru is a 7ft tall Lizardfolk with percing purple eyes and blonde dreadlocks and muddy brown scales. He typically wears brown cargo shorts and a brown tank top with a voodoo necklace. Likes: Girls, Food preferably raw meat & Cheese, cajun food, soul food, sleeping, swimming, surviving. Dislikes: Government, villains, extreme heat or cold, studying, super loud noises, gun shots & explosions. Backstory: Rugaru's family was killed off in a botched raid of their family farm in the Genesis Byou in Louisiana. The United States government was looking to take out a supposed extremist group. After the raid, only Rugaru and His brother Vohuut survived.. But the government labeled them as villians and gave Rugaru the name Thunder Dragon and Swamp Dragon for his twin brother Vohuut. The only difference is their eye color, skin color, and Vohuut possess acid instead of lighting. For 4 years, they were hunted down and had to fight for their lives.. Until his brother Vohuut was captured and placed in the custody of the international hero protection agency. Rugaru is still at large and is bent on revenge.
