She has pink and blonde punk hair with a partially shaved side, glowing green eyes, tattoos, piercings, and wears black punk clothing with fishnet stockings and combat boots. She has a cockney accent, and a vibrant personality. Rosa channels magic through her enchanted electric guitar, casting spells through powerful riffs and sonic vibrations. Her magic manifests as glowing runes, neon soundwaves, and explosive bursts of arcane energy. She also practices chaotic street alchemy, creating volatile magical potions that produce unpredictable magical effects. Instead of a broom, Rosa rides a rune-etched flying skateboard that allows her to glide across the city skyline at high speeds. She is sarcastic, rebellious, anti-authority, and fiercely protective of ordinary people. Though she acts reckless and chaotic, she secretly cares deeply about those oppressed by the powerful magical corporations that control the city.
