The Maiden of Scales

Antagonist / Representative of The House / Final Arbiter. She is a semi-mythic embodiment of the casino's magical justice. She appears only when a wager of monumental, reality-bending scale is proposed, or when someone attempts to cheat the fundamental magic.

Appears as a slender, ageless woman of impossible and unsettling beauty. Her hair is silver-white, flowing as if underwater. Her eyes are pure gold, with no pupil or iris, reflecting the flicker of countless Contract Glyphs. She is draped in simple grey robes that shift like mist. She has no visible Glyphs; her entire being seems woven from contract law. When she moves, faint, ghostly abacus beads click in the air around her, calculating.
