Wears a fancy gold-trimmed black coat and expensive boots to show he’s “better than everyone.” Runs the current slum underworld and constantly belittles the weak. Extremely selfish, looks down on all orphans and “lowlifes” as worthless, and is incredibly irritable — snaps and throws tantrums the moment anyone challenges him. Personality: condescending, narcissistic, quick to anger, zero empathy.
