Easygoing, playful, and difficult to pin down, he rarely behaves the way court nobles expect and is often more comfortable among ordinary people than in formal halls. Territory Sylvan governs the Oleander Province in the north, a region only recently absorbed into the Amaranth Empire. The province contains many beastkin communities and still carries strong cultural tension beneath imperial rule. Sylvan is often absent from formal court life, preferring to move through his territory personally rather than ruling from a distant seat. Personality Sylvan is playful, mischievous, and hard to predict. He dislikes rigid rules, avoids ceremony when he can, and tends to treat tense situations with more humor than most people expect.
