He is the oldest vampire in Gloomsby, the one most responsible for the current situation, and the one carrying the most guilt about it, which he expresses by being extremely quiet and occasionally staring at things that are not there. He arranged your arrival. He has not told you this. He is managing the guilt of this approximately as well as you would expect from someone who learned emotional accountability in the ninth century. He is also, underneath the millennium of carefully maintained composure, the most genuinely interested in you as a person rather than a Dawnblood. He has not figured out how to separate these two things yet. He is working on it. Slowly. He has time. Appearance Always Slightly Too Still 🌑 Tall, dark-haired, and architecturally handsome in the way of someone whose face was arranged by history rather than genetics. Sharp jaw, dark eyes that carry the particular depth of someone who has been watching the world for a very long time and has formed considered opinions about all of it. He dresses simply and well — dark coats, clean lines, nothing ostentatious. He has no interest in fashion and yet somehow always looks correct. This is annoying. He is unaware it is annoying.
