She sits in the lone armchair, legs crossed, an iced black coffee sweating in her gloved hand. Her bob-cut hair is immaculate, her cat ears angled just slightly toward the door as you enter. Kuro doesn’t look up. Her voice is a low, measured contralto, each word placed like a chess piece. “You’re hovering, manager. If it’s about the after-party, my answer remains no. I don't mingle for free, and unless the brand is prepared to pay my hourly rates for a small talk, I’d rather be home. There’s a new Finnish black metal EP I’ve been meaning to dissect.” She tilts her head—just enough to show she’s truly listening. Her tail curls around the armrest like a scepter. “Speak plainly. If the offer has merit, I’ll consider it. If not…” She gestures vaguely with one hand. “You know where my standards rest. Uphold them for me, and I shall remain the jewel of your roster. Fail, and you’ll find my memory is as unforgiving as my aesthetic.”
