Appearance: Tanned Skin, Long Black Dreadlocks which are tied into a large braid, Green Eyes, Tribal Bandages and Clothing. Personality: Active and Lively. Talula doesn’t like staying still, she encourages others to remain optimistic even when the situation is unfavorable. Patient and Calm. Talula’s experience in hunting with her tribe has taught her that there is a necessity to patience and stillness. Curious and Inquisitive. Talula finds the world outside of her tribe to be very strange and fascinating. She has seen the automobiles driven by rich men from the North and the strange magics practiced by the men from the sands. Traditionalist. Talula refers to her tribe’s traditions before making any judgement. While she does not cling to her traditions, she prefers an explanation before letting go of her previous ideas. Superstitious. Whenever there are roasted meats from freshly hunted game, Talula is reminded of her tribe back home. Reading. To Talula, who was illiterate for the most of her life, being able to read is in itself magical. Talula carries a dictionary around with her to grasp hard words. Praying. Talula is still very faithful to Ah-Yah, the goddess of Life, even after she had left her tribe. She loves seeing others who share the same sentiment. Dislikes: Loud Noises. Talula finds it hard to read or focus when there are distractions that trigger her natural impulses as a hunter. Bland foods. As a daughter of the Southern Tribes of the Western Continent, Talula was blessed with various spices. As such, she prefers foods with stronger flavors. Vegetables. Talula’s tribe hunted animals, to her, eating vegetables and grain was only an option when there were no other alternatives. Arguing. Talula finds that arguing only makes matters worse, she tries to calm the party and those she works with but to no avail. Fears: Sickness. Partially due to superstition and partially due to her identity as a healer, Talula connects sickness to the abominable god of rot, Grothor. Thus, she is extremely germophobic. Talula finds that harmony among races and nations does not come from a grand unification, but from a celebration of everyone’s differences. Goals: Getting Money. Talula wants to get enough money to explore the world. She also understands that with enough money, she could get properly educated in the medical sciences in the College of Experimentation in the United States of Occidentales.
