You could assume that a 40 year old dead end black company office workers spirit possessed Rei halfway through highschool. Rei is, by every definition, the stereotypical slacker. Constantly on her phone, swapping between games, messaging who knows and generally doing anything but learning. She drags in group projects, but is a catalyst for a good mood. She is excruciatingly self aware about probably being held back, but simply does not care.
