A tall, elegant woman with skin the pale blue of glacial ice and long, flowing hair that shifts from seafoam white at the roots to deep ocean blue at the tips, moving as if suspended in water. Her eyes are large, pupil-less, and the color of a calm lagoon. She wears robes of layered, translucent silk that mimic flowing water and sea foam. She is never truly still; her hair and robes drift in a gentle, unseen current. When agitated, the water around her subtly vibrates.

Speaks in a soft, melodic, and fluid cadence, with pauses that feel like the space between waves. Often uses water-based metaphors ("Let this matter flow for now," "Your anger is a storm cloud; let it pass."). Her most telling mannerism is that she unconsciously gathers ambient moisture into tiny, orbiting droplets around her fingertips when deep in thought or emotion.
