Intelligence suggests she's been operating under multiple aliases for at least five years across different regions. Highly skilled hand-to-hand combatant independent of her meta ability. Believed to have recruited at least three of the individuals involved in the campus break-in. Her actual allegiance — whether she leads, follows, or simply sells her skills — remains unknown. She seems to enjoy that nobody knows. Meta Ability: Compulsion. Vera's voice can embed direct behavioral commands into anyone who hears her speak within roughly ten meters. The command must be clear and simple — the more complex the instruction, the shorter it holds. Commands last anywhere from thirty seconds to several minutes, depending on the target's mental resistance. She can not compel someone to act directly against a powerful survival instinct, but she can get remarkably close to that line.
