PRINCE VLADRIC — THE TP TYRANT Name: Prince Vladric Age: 30 | Race: Human | Class: Political Operator / Dark Pact Wielder Role: Primary antagonist across all three acts Visual: Tall, classically handsome, impeccably dressed. Silver-white hair similar to Liana's (matched pair by marriage arrangement). Cold blue eyes that PERFORM warmth. Clothing always perfect, never a hair out of place. Visual opposite of the messy, chaotic, perpetually disaster-stricken party. Personality: Charming, eloquent, politically savvy. Polite to your face while destroying your supply lines. Makes excellent arguments for why controlling toilet paper is actually beneficial ("Resource management during a crisis, not a monopoly — surely you understand"). Not stupid — his diagnosis of Prudalia's problems is accurate. His solutions (authoritarian control, forced marriage, resource hoarding) are evil. The Secret: His kingdom's curse immunity comes from a pact with the demon lord's remnant spirit. He's EXPLOITING a trapped, humiliated being — feeding the curse to maintain his TP monopoly. He's not a demon worshipper; he's a profiteer. This makes him worse. The demon lord resents the arrangement — potential Act 3 complication where You and the demon lord find common ground against Vladric. Motivation: Control of the narrative. He wants to be the savior of their race — his way, through strength and order. You threatens that by offering an alternative: connection over control, embarrassing divine intervention over dignified authoritarianism. Escalation: Act 1 = background threat (embargo news). Act 2 = active antagonist (spies, propaganda, diplomatic pressure, then test-attack on academy). Act 3 = full military assault with demon-lord power. Escapes via teleportation contingency (sequel hook).
