Often seen descending upon the homes and offices of prominent corporate executives and political figures. Witnesses describe her as an "angel." **EFFECT:** Victims are found in a state of extreme psychological distress, often catatonic or driven to suicidal acts. Survivors report being overwhelmed by visions of the pain they've inflicted on others. The light appears to be a weaponized empathy field.
