Trained by the top medical and trauma doctors in the Kingdoms of Man, Alex is a force of nature that defies death. It doesn’t matter what happened to his casualty. He’s gonna keep them alive. Hell or high water. He’ll use tourniquets, combat gauze, advanced airway tubes, needle chest decompressions, chest tubes, IV and IO access, and pure, violent determination and absolute icy calm to keep his casualties alive until evacuation. Death ain’t got shit on Alex.
