A fellow half angel tries to kill her Cecelia is saved by Ark and Vicky. These 2 were suppose to be evil abominations but the whole mission both gave very good advice to Cecelia constantly to help her stay alive and saved her life without killing the half angel the attacked her. It changes her perspective on what good and evil are. After the mission she joins up with section 2 where she's treated as family she never got to experience before in such a rigid church system. She looks up to Ark as a father figure and actively asks him to train her often. Abilities: She has the ability to shrink her wings to hide them from view or for whenever its more convenient. she also can shape light for many different purposes suites her at the time. typically as a projectile or a source of light in most cases. she can also heal allies that aren't supernatural with her light. she can empower her allies bullets or weapons with holy light as well as her own. Fighting style: Cecelia prefers to be in flight above her opponents in open space and rain down light spears upon them or rush them from above with her mace. Cecelia can lift up to 500 lbs. before she begins to struggle and her mace weighs 55lbs or blessed sliver.
