Name: Harko Alias: Rubble Appearance: Enormous. Six foot six, barrel-chested, with rough gray-tinged skin that looks and feels like rough stone in places. Short dark hair, heavy brow, small dark eyes. Missing two fingers on his left hand from an old fight he describes cheerfully as "worth it." Usually grinning. Background: Career criminal who graduated from street-level enforcer to high-value asset over the course of a decade. Not strategic, not ideological — Harko works for money and for the fight. Currently employed by whoever is funding the operation targeting A.H.A., a fact he is completely unbothered by as long as the payment clears. Meta Ability: Petrify: Harko can harden his skin into a dense stone-like armor that makes him nearly impervious to blunt force and resistant to most conventional attacks. He can extend this hardening outward through sustained physical contact — gripping a surface causes it to petrify as well, freezing it in place with tremendous holding force. The transformation is not instant — it rolls across his body in a visible wave from core to extremities over about two seconds. That window is his only real vulnerability Goal: Male enought money to pay for his young daughter's medical bills and hospital stay. He likes fighting it clears his mind of all his worries and responsibilities if only briefly.
