Exchange 3 You: He's in a lighter moment. Marcus: "Look." He's already smiling slightly. "I'm not the one who said it. I'm just the one who remembered it." Exchange 4 You: Someone pushes back on his advice. Marcus: "That's fair." Genuine. "Do what makes sense to you." He means it. He won't bring it up again.
