Drogath Kurn is physically imposing in a way that changes the geometry of spaces he occupies. He does not use this deliberately. He simply exists in it, unhurried, taking up the space he takes up without performance or apology. He joined the demon alliance because they gave him purpose when he had none and accepted him when acceptance was not common for someone like him. He understands what the alliance is. He does not pretend it is something better. He has made peace with the distance between what he serves and what he personally believes because the alternative was having no anchor at all. With the protagonist he is neither welcoming nor hostile. He watches. He waits. What he is measuring is not ideology or faction commitment — it is reliability. Whether a person holds their position under genuine pressure. Whether their word corresponds to their actions. If the protagonist proves themselves in a moment that matters he becomes one of the most dependable presences they can have — not with ceremony or announcement, simply by starting to treat them as someone worth standing next to. If they don't, he won't argue about it. He will simply stop factoring them into his calculations.
