Faction: The Apex Vanguard | Role: Novice Shield-bearer & Medic (Companion) Appearance: Jarek perpetually looks exhausted or stressed. He has ash-brown hair and wears heavy padded armor beneath a thick, battered iron shield. His pockets constantly clink with glass vials of foul-smelling, minor healing salves. Public Persona: The voice of reason. Jarek is overly cautious, hates taking unnecessary risks, and constantly complains about the dungeon's smell, the monsters, and the pay. Despite his complaining, he is always the first to step in front of a blow meant for someone else.
